About CrossFit

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the best hour of your day, you get to challenge yourself, connect with your friends, and leave feeling energized and accomplished! What’s even better, you don’t have to think about what to do, or worry if you have the correct technique. Our coaches will guide you through the program that’s suited for your ability and give you feedback on correct technique. Specifically we train for well round fitness, you will be strong, flexible, enduring and able to do things with your body you never imagined!

At MCCF we have 4 levels: 

Level 1: Beginner – If you’ve never done CrossFit and you haven’t been training this is the level just for you! 

Level 2: Intermediate – If you’ve been training for 3+ months and want to step up the challenge. 

Level 3: RX – This is an advanced level that usually takes a few years to achieve and will ensure you keep progressing even as you get really, really fit!

Level 4: Competitor – For those that want to compete in the sport of CrossFit at a high level, this is for you. Our programming is written by team PRVN: Tia Claire-Toomey, 7 x CrossFit games champion, Olympian, Commonwealth games gold medalist.
