Our premium service. We personally coach you each session to ensure you’re doing exactly the right training for your specific goals. This is great for individuals who are time poor and wish to do a few sessions a week, have a very specific goal for sport of performance, or someone who wants to build confidence in their training before starting with group fitness. We work together and provide education on training practices, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. We keep you motivated and ensure you are constantly progressing toward your goals. Personal training is also a great tool for our athletes to spend 1 on 1 time with a coach to get extra help with that skill they are trying to master.
