What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the best hour of your day, you get to challenge yourself, connect with your friends, and leave feeling energized and accomplished! What’s even better, you don’t have to think about what to do, or worry if you have the correct technique. Our coaches will guide you through the program that’s suited for your ability and give you feedback on correct technique. Specifically we train for well round fitness, you will be strong, flexible, enduring and able to do things with your body you never imagined!
Am I fit enough to do CrossFit if I haven’t been exercising?
Yes, we have 4 different levels of programming. Level 1 is for people at the beginning of your fitness journey. We also have personal training to get started if you would prefer this option.
Will I hold the class up if I’m new and don’t know what I’m doing?
No you won’t, we train together however everyone is doing their own workout, our coaches help you determine what level you should be doing and meet you where you’re at every day.
How much is your membership?

I haven’t done CrossFit before, what should I expect?
In your first session you’ll meet with one of our coaches to chat about your goals, we’ll run through an assessment together before moving into our onboarding sessions so you are confident when you join the classes.
Can CrossFit be dangerous?
With no coaching, poor technique and the wrong approach it would be, as would driving a car. At MCCF our experienced coaches ensure you have sound technique, the correct weights for your ability, and demonstrate how to approach training in a safe and effective way.
